Avoid prolonged sitting on a hard surface like a bar stool...true - not a joke. Good diet - easy exits cause less aggravation (and the need to bear down harder ergo likely herniation).

Quit eating meat and pastry for a while. Do plenty of roughage vegies and fuits. Tumia anusol. Should go away in three weeks if you strictly adhere.
