I have 240,000 shares (from 30,000) and am not and will not complain. Have they paid the 2011 dividends? I have some credit in my account that I cant explain.

Such dilution does not pay speculator,s it might turn out very well for long term investors like me(minimum 5-7 years from now). Number of shares don't affect profitability. The opposite of courage is not cowardice, it's conformity.

www.use.or.ug stopped looking at the share coz I sold at exactly the wrong time!! HF 90,000 ABP 3.83; KQ 414,100 ABP 7.92; MTN 23,800 ABP 6.45
