Where did you get this? Yana tyres is just a brand name for the range of tyres produced by Sameer Aftica Ltd. There is YANA TYRE CENTRE LTD but that is a very small subsidiary of the group that operates the tyre change and balancing shops (like the one at Koinange Street).

i have received an EFT in my account, based on the amount i think it's Panfric dividends tho not sure

Hfck is a bank also and should know the consequences of delaying a payment..from 14th june to 1st july is not financial discipline

Book closure and payment due dates are not the same with the payment date being after book closure.

When a company declares its books closure date and does not declare the payment date, when do the shareholders expect their dues?d'oh!
