The main Syokimau-Katani rd. The one that goes past 360 apartments, syokimau shopping centre, white hse all the way to Katani. Only phase 1 of construction is currently in progress

Hey,
A friend of mine is selling a 1/2 piece at Katani right behind shangilia mama na baba(how they follow?). When I showed interest because the area is being developed and i dont mind staying there...he told me he wants Kshs 4M for the whole plot. Titles are there yes and i have done the search which is ok.
Anyone who knows if the price is too much or too low? He keeps sending me messages that he is taking some other interested parties and often quotes demand is high due to bla bla bla.. The guy is my colleague and we are good friends.
Please advise me.

NO! 4M is too much- consider other amenities as well.
I have land behind House of Hope School which is next to Shangilia. 3.6 acres to be precise. I can give you half an acre for 3M. The land has a borehole on site, Electricity as well and there is a perimeter fence around the entire land.

well, it seems that real estate pays like a billionaire - we just got some two 1/8s at 80k each last year at that area. now @munyi is implying I can get 1.3M for the quarter? My conscience or some quick money?
