Cant find a fairly priced but decent house near CBD!

I am desperately looking for a 3 bedroom house to rent that is located not more than 5 KMs from the CBD. My budget is 35k. So far my hunt has been frustrating to say the least. Any leads?

Any leads? This is going to be tough. 3Bed within 5kms radius, u need to add the budget by 10k. if not it will be extremely difficult to find one. i.am.back!!!!
