It's a SCAM my friend... scams of this type have been around for many years now.

Sent the letter back as RTS, address unknown.

The letter was addressed to a guy who upon my research, was the previous owner of my box and is a multimillionaire...it seemed so real because the stamps are south African, it came by airmail and the recipient was existent only that he wasn't the current owner of the box...i am.What makes me wonder is how the mastermind was able to get the details and spend money on sending mail to a foreign country. The signature is written in pen which proves its not a photocopy and that it was signed by someone...i just wonder who can risk posting mail and using money with no guarantee of return.

They are just fishing to see if they can hook one fool and clean his/her account. 419 scam has all these if you have the time to browse the correspondences!

They are in business and reaping great untaxed gains from greedy idiots. They have the time and resources to do just that.
