Tell me if you have a plot in the larger Turkana area. Am sure with the infastructure that will be coming to this place it would be a great investment.

@kamundu - You must be kidding!!! Why sell now? I'm not selling mine although I know I could make 500% if I sold tomorrow. Who knew that land that was going for 5k an acre would make me one wealthy son of a gun. I'm resigning tomorrow. I think I'll travel the world a bit!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

beat you to it..i resigned yesterday and have spent the whole day fencing my ten acres..about 1km from the oil well..i think a kahotel would do fine.
