Somebody upstairs has noticed your potential and wants to exploit it for his or her benefit.

If you like what you do and are not doing it just for the pay cheque, then I would advice you to go for it. Hard.

In a couple of months you will be headed for a promotion, a pay rise and some fringe benefits.

Don't quit, you can never be fired because 'you suck at your job', at least not in Kenya - a pay rise is on the way.
