The story does not say where he gets the money from. He denies the suggestion that it is from politicians. That leaves me suspecting that it is from drugs!

Someone somewhere must be knowing about his source of richness. But it must be suspect given that the lad is mum about it..

when he reaches 30 something there they'll just loose interest in him and may be if they are 'good' they leave him with the cars and money as souvenirs ...
