-second row.
-two pieces of 2.5 acres each.

the have allotment letters,yep.
i know what you thinking...stop-no payment to be made till the title is out under the buyers name.

a 1 acre plot in isinya around 3 kms from namanga road is going for about 1m. or is your clients plot commercial and situated in 'isinya cbd' ?

There are two plots for sale in Kitengela past Safaricom Sacco Plots towards the railway line going for 1.6M
I have checked the land history no fishy business and the mother title was issued to a Sacco.
The owner has two 1/4 acre pieces each with a title am taking one but he wants to sell both at once so i have to look for another buyer.
If anyone is interested and is serious leave your mail i'll give you all other details.
