No offence,but do u hav evidence that Ruto oraginzed and financed the PEV in tha Rift valley?If so,Would you do us a favour and Present it to the Police for Purposes of instituting Criminal Charges against the Person?If you dont hav,please save us from your Daydreaming....My humble submission
