I had seen this ad earlier. Today's edition is a bit curious. Under terms and conditions it says:

"That it is after the 50% commitment on each acreage that all buyers shall be called upon to view, verify the documents and determine the ground status of the said coffee farm"

Now this smell like a con. How can you commit to buy something that you have not seen?

And which is this "major leading bank"?

Has anyone here signed up for this deal?
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

I suspect the land belongs to Kofinaf. A coffee estate 7Km West of JKUAT Its called Mtaro Estate, adjacently opposite another farm owned by Kenya Nut Company.

GPS: 1°02'08.21" S 36°58'17.13" E

The previous advert was on 21st July. Kofinaf issued a CAVEAT EMPTOR about sale of their property around that time.

Caution is advised for the buyers.

However, it makes sense for someone to buy the entire parcel and continue with coffee farming. The farm is very prolific and I see no wisdom in subdividing it into small portions
