this should be a wake up call to the government. They have been cracking down so hard on us private practitioners whie their institutions rot away.......... Talk of wine and water. A dose of their own medicine is welcome. My sympathies to the underprivilaged patientas who cannot afford beter services.

@ murenj; i think its the lab that has been closed, not the hospital. Expired reagents were in use... If you are an eagle don't hang around with chickens; chickens don't fly....

@vinii, do you know the importance ofthe lab? I think thats what murenj was trying to put out there. Even as a doctor, you need lab results to aid in diagnosis

believe it or not,even the lab tech at the hospital was found to have the required registration or is it certification documents. What a shame

A hospital is as good as closed if it's lab is closed. big shame, a fake lab technician who is not even registered and probably not qualified, expired reagents and all this happening at the largest maternity hospital in kenya.
