So here i am mashinani. Si you know that hard copies of newspapers take time to reach? Today i happened to get one of may 31 and what do i see? The gatundu north mpig clement kungu waibara has never spoken in parliament since his election 3.5 years ago! This is happening as some of us wish sonko and his ilk should just shut up for talking too much. Then to spice things up, this mpig has lied in court that he has even asked questions in parliament! Or am reading wrong things?

My former MP, the Late Hon. Mburu Wanyoike never spoke for the entire term ('92-'97). RIP record breaker. TULIA.........UFUNZWE!

I wonder why he said he has never spoken. I watched him some time back asking a question about printing fake currency(note: his rival Patrick Muiruri printed cash in the 07 election.) however, the guy was shaky and incoherent. i wished he could get a translator!

Not his fault:) . He is a school drop out...probably cannot construct a sentence. Blame it all on Gatundu North people. “Once the last tree is cut and the last river poisoned, you will find you cannot eat your money" Traditional saying.

This is one shady fellow, he hired someone to sit the language proficiency test for him and now it has come back to haunt him. He could barely read a KCSE results slip!! Great men are not always wise, neither do the aged understand judgement...

No, in parliament. But his English was worse than Wanjohi's and he struggled to put his point across. Maybe that Wanjohi guy can assist in translation.

So it is true, he is facing twin accusations: 1: inability to understand English 2: inability to 'speak' in parliament, given that there one can only speak English or Kiswahili (?) to be recognized that indeed you have spoken in parliament... Amazing!!!
