Well, that one on labour,I would suggest you reconsider.Look for some one who is willing and seriously needs a job. Select the best but don't go for any one just because they are idle.Your family members not matter how you want to help them should come as the last option.

On your availability,have your spare time to spend like 1 hour a day just to orient yourself with the happenings especially in the evening.During this time, peruse the books/records to make sure that everything is alright.
