I took a moment to vote. But 3 things strike me as interesting:
1. Online - the blog would be unacceptable/unpalatable in traditional media; but internet discovers writers, photographers, and makes us doctors/lawyers etc.
2. Too long to read - SunnyBindra wrote the other day on how we have lost our ability to concentrate
http://www.sunwords.com/2011/02...il-during-every-meeting/. It would be so ashaming in school if we couldn't read a page of foolscap. Call to Action!
3. Masquerader - Blog is about a prostitue! Brutal honesty pulls you in. Humanity makes you empathise. Substance so controversial. Facts seem irrefutable.
But the language, prose, attention to detail, style betrays a true writer. So my bet is Sue writes about a fading past; or Sue gives the fact of story to a proper writer.
