Guys I have a couple of family plots we plan to dispose in fast developing areas i.e.

* ruai cap hill just before ruai centre - 1/4 acre
* mlolongo 40*80 - 2 pieces
* ruai stage 26 (just 3kms after ruai centre)- 3/4 acres
* Katarakwa - Laikipia East - 7 acres

Here are the quotes:

* mlolongo 40*80 - 2 pieces - Ksh.450000/= O.N.O
* ruai stage 26 (just 3kms after ruai centre)- 3/4 acres -Ksh.1100000/= O.N.O

1500000/= O.N.O
