Banks, thiefs
Lawyers, liars
Churches, money makers
MPs, pigs
Civil Servants, corrupt
Cops, killers
City councils are a story for another day
Media practitioners, tarnish good people's names
Hawkers, cheap fake goods
Doctors take advantage of us at our worst time
Supermarkets, thugs
Government another story
Mafundi ni wezi
Your watchman just sleeps
and what about you broker

You name it and you will find a vice attach to it. What happened to us???

I guess I would have to be a con man (brands building & marketing)
The reason I put this up is because yesterday I met this dude who had something negative to say about everyone he dealt with from his stealing mechanic to his father's broker to Ruto.... the list was endless. I left the pub feeling so drained! I wonder what he said about me after I left.

I hesitate to paint with so broad a brush: if you are looking for a profession where everybody's as straight as an arrow you might as well start looking for giant pink elephants. Nuh,you won't get any!
But we all know there are very honest people in each of these professions - yes even in the Police/ MP/mortuary workers,KRA, etc
For all professions are in effect a microcosm of the society which is made up of both honest and dishonest chaps. What you are saying in effect therefore is that the Kenya society is generally dishonest! I may agree to some extent.

The putrified stench of dishonesty in any profession arises from the lack of ethics within its ranks, while the profession does not make one dirty.

But of all the ones you have quoted the priests of extreme callousness and inhumanity must be the dishonest doctors who squeeze our financial balls so hard at our most most vulnerable making reading the medical bill a near-death experience.

I don't know about Govt. teachers but I'm sure you can blame them for producing the catastrophic fail rate in the nation's education if you want.
