the "last mile" or "last kilometer"....

principle is literary "fanning out"...

out of proportion...

its application has now turned out...

to be an attempt by the communication providers....

to own accessibility to the internet....

This "last mile" from the provider..

is also the consumer's "first mile"...

entails capex on infrastructure...

which the govts of the day run away from...

leaving KDN....

wananchi....

to invest..

and for the investment to make sense ...

or cents...

then they happily create gates...

and prevent access...

unless one subscribes.....

and there are two methods of subscription..

a) through programmes only purchased ...

from the provide... anti-trust.... microsoft....

or..

b) through payments.....

which google and others are attempting.....

it is about time....

local governments or future counties...

invested in infrastructure......

to allow connectivity...

and to protect...

our creative commons...
