@theman hapo umegonga msumari kichwani. Btw the so called kids are as old as 60yrs. They have realised that their father will outlive them and they will never enjoy the wealth. They do not have the courtesy to wait for the old man's demise before fighting for his property. The issue of inheritance should not arise since non of the "kids" is under 18. If i was kirima i would leave it all to the grandchildren and to charity.

I think for kirima to be on a safe side this is the time to draft that will and set things straight once and for all.Anyone who can remember the story of Mbugua and Wambui Otieno, the property in contention was divided to the kids na yake anakula na Mbugua pole pole.
Huyu mzee needs to do the same give the kids some few millions and then the rest they dine with wife number three in peace instead of all this fracus in his old senile life.
