what does one take of a particular broker where u place your order by 9 in the morning and place another order at 10 with another broker to buy the same type of shares at the same price and only the ones placed at 10 were executed .

most of the kenyan brokers are like that..you have to know their working hours...past noon usually means the next day and before 9.00am they probably wont see it. The utimate goal of investing is to buy low sell high;if we re-write this core equation in psychology terms it becomes buy fear sell greed.

that said broker is still particular on prices cant get u or will never buy at a lower price than your quote despite the market swing
