just so you know...not every staff in an investment bank "knows" as much about stock investing as a retail individual investor..especially the guy sitted behind the counter taking your order..
the only advantage staff have is proximity to technical aspects of the stock markets..such as, how many orders have been placed.. volumes traded..demand, supply and prices.. what seem to be on demand more today..what counter is everyone running from.. thus most analysis on stock is a collaboration of what several people with access to these factor "think" of a stock... now if 15% of all staff in the brokerages where half as knowledgeable as stocks master???.. OH! HOW LEGENDARY that would be..

If you could just take the time and get these facts for yourself..

You will get a form (allotment letter) that is specific for shares not immobilized. That is what you use to exercise your Rights. You will get a share cert for the exercised Rights shares. The immobilization can run concurrent with the Rights process.

Tumepita kitambo... LOL... Maybe the 5,000th one...

BTW, the Sameer Park deal with GoK seems to have fallen through. I don't trust the jamaa... Sameer Africa (listed) owns only 25% but if the project starts 'failing' he will 'sell' it to Sameer Africa while pocketing the cash!
