NMG: 51.6% increase in PBT @ half year 2010

NMG group turnorver increased by 17.3% to 4.5bn, while PBT increased by 51.6% to 891.6mn. PAT is up to 558.1mn from 364.5mn.
A dividend of Ksh1.5 has been declared.
Directors are optimistic that the acceleration will be maintained.

@ everyone..
before you go gun oh!..tear down figures to bare minimals.. of every shilling in turnover how much goes to profits..and of those "billion" terminologies how much is it per share..
then you'll have advantage over the less informed money hungry kenyans "seeing" so much "potential" everytime the word "billion is attached to a figure.. smile smile smile
