He once diagnosed faulty speed sensors on my car (not an x-trail,but am thinking he should know about them as well),sourced and replaced them. No Risk No Gain

Rank: Member Joined: 4/4/2007 Posts: 91		Well having used a RAV for a year,there are pros and cons to the xtrail but overally the x-trail is a more practical and functional vehicle .. Fuel consumption is approx 8.5 -9km /L urban,11km/L rural,more stable than the RAV,optional 2wd,Auto or Lock (4wd) mode,very very spacious and comfortable ..Especially if you are fortunate to get a SE+ model However,RAV4 has better handling and steering,the fuel consumption for the VVTi is excellent,but for the D-4 engine is more or less the same .. Rank: Member Joined: 4/4/2007 Posts: 91		@ kiriita Thanks,i had the vehicle diagnosed at DT Dobie but they didn't have the speed sensors available and they cost ridiculously expensive : 52,200/= Ksh for both right and left!! I went to see the dude,had the car diagnosed and he sorted it ! for only 6k .. Apparently,only one sensor was faulty,so I called DT Dobie and have requested to have the diagnosis report .They got quite some explanation to do .. Kim says you give him a shout ..
