NSE fully priced awaiting referendum

If you look at the market right now, almost all the 50 stocks are within 10% of their 52-week highs.
What does that mean? The market has no direction and is awaiting for either share-specific events or macro-event to either push it higher or lower.

At a PE of 12 the market is definitely fully priced...only few counters u can call Warren Buffet type bargains....the rest are fully priced...hence the referundum can act as a catalyst for a serious pullback....

A trailing p/e of 12 is far from being fully priced.... A forward p/e of 12 is fully priced...
