It's called running the co. through proxies. I think this is worse if you ask me.

Just like JM does at Equity. But I don't think it's worse. If anything, it shows the c.e.o has interest in the company and thus cares if it does well or badly, unlike the KCB management...

Yes, his son is called Sameer. I meet him about 8yrs ago when he came back after studies to be mentored by the father so I think he's come of age and I can bet you if he's not picked to be the Chairman this time round then he'll be next year.
