Does anyone have them?
Why did they announce in the middle of the Day or Trading Session?

I do have the results from NSE.
PAT jumped from Ksh 92,237,000 to Ksh.141,796,000 and Ksh.93,386,000 to 141,404,000 for the group and bank respectively.
For the first time ever they have declared an interim dividend of Ksh0.35
