If approx 31% of Precision is worth $28mn then 34.2% owned by KQ worth $32mn... Not bad, huh?

Plus cash going into expansion which means PW must be doing a-OK for the expansion to take place!

85% market shares in Tanzania...

KQ isn't selling its shares. PW is creating new shares that will result in KQ's dilution from 49% to 34%. Shirima's stake will dilute from 51% to 34%. The new shares will be sold to Tanzanians and generate 2B towards expansion.
The upside of this is twofold. One will be cash for PW and two will be the removal of the xenophobic perception in Tz that PW is a kenyan airline.
I'm not worried about haphazard expansion (ala Uchumi) if they keep Kioko on board and listen to KQ advise.

Can Tanzanians raise $28 million? I wish KQ would have kept 49% by subscribing as well...

its this sought of mentality thats why Kenya will never move forward...how can a country of 50M people fail to raise a mere $28M...Mr Shirima(1 person) owns 51% of PW...stop underestimating Tanzanians...Kenyans cant even manage an election apart from killing each other...

@qw, i posted earlier - its the revaluations which go to the P&L. Careful interpretation as such cannot always be liquidated (e.g. KenRe liquidating its holdings in other insurances)
