I buy a bus park/station in CBD because I am starting one of the biggest Matatu Sacco in the region and you also do the same and you have no matatu or planning to get one or get in the business!!?? My Utility is that I will have matatus plying all Nairobi routes with one single pick up and drop off point in CBD meaning people will prefer using my matatus to avoid criss-crossing CBD to catch connecting matatus. My money will not be coming from the bus park/station per se but from a picture waaaay bigger I might not even care about the cost of the bus park/station!! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
