No. I can't get my head around some of the PERs, etc  Umeona afadhali we deal with what we understand in the 254!!?? Never count on making a good sale. I'd go for Alphabet/google. I think it has lowest PER of the magnificent 7. Has diverse and growing businesses. Waymo in particular is interesting. Or just go for a magnificent 7 heavy ETF. To counter the risk of an AI bubble how about US REITS some yield at rates that equal or rival Kenyan USD MMFs. Most pay quarterly, a few even monthly.

Would investing in an energy generator like Kengen be an indirect way of investing in AI? A lot of Data centers will be needed. Those things consume a lot of energy. Those things also need to be geographically distributed across the globe to mitigate risk of adverse weather and natural events. Geothermal power is green so that would be a plus.

Ndugu zanguni, mlisema hii opportunity of a lifetime to make a killing in AI or to burn my capital inipite hivyo? No one has any leads on how to invest offshore or reliable people I can talk to? I really want to take my chances investing in AI (firms). I will say goodbye to my capital before we part ways juat in case we never meet again. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
