Brathee, avoid that Waiyaki way corridor like the plague. It is one big slum in the making. I pity the residents of Tilisi and Loresho for example. High end developments literally surrounded by slums. Afadhali ata dust bowl cities like Ngong, Kite and Rongai which have zero slums and decent upmarket developments coming up. The best is actually to go deep into DC and get a 10 acre minimum parcel where you can build your own kingdom replete with throne in your sitting room! Why are you so dead set on proximity to Westie? Work? Westie itself is starting to look battered. As all overpasses do, they leave the buildings below in disarray. I walked through that area around the late "Ovendoor bakery" and Soin plaza some months back and was shocked at how slummy the place looks. Empty shops, shifty stalls and a seedy environment where it might not be safe to walk through at night! Yet that area of Westie used to be one of the most upmarket zones in East Africa all the way up to the 2010s!
