kilifi EPZAs long as they keep turning land into more liquid assets profitably it should be OK.
Without a significant dividend and or buy buck it'll continue to trade at fraction of NAV.
Cash is king.
I think we will slowly start seeing increased monetization of assets.
The road from Bamburi to Kilifi is progressing well and I hope is completed before 2027. This road will open up Vipingo to folks who want to put up bedroom communities serving Bamburi, Nyali and possibly Mombasa island.
The EPZ will create jobs, demand for housing and "movement" (suppliers, etc) for Vipingo. Due to the need for cash, VDL has sold off a lot of (prime) land bordering the road to Mombasa Cement.
I hope Isuzu EA can offer hybrid solutions for Kenyan motorists. Toyota does and that's where Isuzu can be beaten.
A lot of good stuff is happening at Two Rivers after a lot of delays. Take a trip to see the (finally) completion of Cascadia which will release a lot of cash. Also more residents means the mall becomes more attractive.
