Safaricom good days are over

Financial stock valuations are getting out of hand. Stay alert. Do not be left naked when the water recedes

im currently holding cfc stanbic with a div yield of 16%
Any banck with a dividend yield of below 10% is not attractive for now.
There are only two emotions in the stock market, fear and hope. The problem is, you hope when you should fear and fear when you should hope

What are people watching and learning @Obiero!!??

Can you pick any two or three major banks and explain how their valuations are out of hand! With figures not conjecture.

P/Es are at a record low!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

"Speaking in code" is totally unhelpful to people of wazuans calibre. People here need facts, figures etc. Not feelings.

Are people honestly supposed to make investment decisions based on unsubstantiated feelings. And to make matters worse, not their own feelings! Someone else's feelings that have not even been coherently communicated!
