The price has climbed nicely from 12-ish to 19+ [DPS ni extra ya kutoa]. Better than HF na KQ Bamburi imeenda. 95% or so bought by Amsons. Speak into the future mzee @vvs. Don't dwell on the past. HF has turned around by your own admission. KQ is on its way to the moon Missing the point. CARB is not to be avoided for those who like quality management and dividends. HF sahau dividends until FY26 at the earliest. KQ, in its current form, sahau until the you become a Mzee Let me tell you, young man, dividends kept me afloat during the bear! Don't get emoshono mzee. Why would I be happy with KES 0.20 dividend from HF in 2026, while I have 73% capital gain as at today on my ABP.. As for KQ, watch and learn! Even the youth, can teach! COOP 140,000 ABP 15.75; KQ 414,100 ABP 7.92; MTN 23,800 ABP 6.45

Kenya airways should be in that list Sameer on my side should not be in that list “I don’t regret the things I’ve done, I regret the things I didn’t do when I had the chance.”

It's very indicative that out of their 3 arms of operation (1) Print Media (2) Brodcast Media & (3) Digital Media Only Print Media is struggling. Digital Media experienced a 14% growth on HY 2024. Considering that thy just introduced a paywall to most of their digital contetent, I see good potential for the digital media in 2025. It's highly unlikely that they'll report a loss in 2025. 2024 was about restructuring which is now behind them. Do it today! Tomorrow is promise to no-one.

At the right price, NMG could become a "bond" [a dividend play] but the days of a huge growth in profits seems behind them. Greedy when others are fearful. Am disappointed that most couldn't successfully go beyond their primary offerings to expand to more promising markets when it was clear that the key markets faced a tough future. E.g eveready, had a very good chance to become a pioneer and leader in the local solar panel space.
