When your bid for a re-issued FXD bond that let's say you had applied a non-competitive bid for 100k is successful, would the payment amoount to CBK be less than the 100k or at a discount?
Background:I had applied for the Re-opened 2 FXD1/2022/025, and it seems like the amount I am supposed to pay to CBK for my successful bid(according to DhowCSD notification) is about 5% less that what I bid.
Any insights to this from the veterans and experts here will be greatly appreciated.
