On one hand they want people to be loyal (or subservient) and give 100 % but when push comes to shove, you'll be fired like a dog. Given 10 minutes to pack your bags and get the f%^& out. Given this reality, it shouldn't be surprising that guys of my generation have the attitude of "Looking out for numero uno."

Truth is dogs don't get fired, because they are never hired!!
