I have noticed the first one or two days ex-dividend people lose their minds and price go way below expected prices. Same with other material announcements. It is like people's brains are on Pentium I or 386 processor and it takes them time to process. If you are liquid you attack pap!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
