16.90 printed...this is madness!!Shame on you

Make that 16.50...putting most of my trading holdings to EABL and NCBA has saved me some coins.Stanchart and BAT for dividends still solid...KCB very disappointing.

Most of my daughters money is in KCB and BAT. KCB dividends were disappointing but performance not bad. At least my daughters still have some way to go before I officially turn over the shares to them. For now we deal with the disappointment and move on.

My greatest disappointment is using all their free cash to "grab" for them more KCB shares on Monday at a "discount". I have would have used the same cash to get them more shares in a few weeks!!!

The young are all about ESG (they are woke), how do you explain BAT investments to them?

They are not there yet. When they are old enough they can take the money and invest in companies that meet their social, environmental wokeness etc.

For now it is my responsibility to make sure I multiply their money as much as I can.

I don't smoke and I don't advocate smoking. But whether I do or not, people still gonna smoke. And I ain't leaving that money on the table!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

I will not even argue or comment because the current madness is beyond understanding.

For those of you waiting for sub-16, all the best. Seems the tide has changed. Now you have to chase it as it rises.

There was a huge purchase by an institutional investor yesterday. They really saved the day.

Seems they are still buying.

It is like they are buying at 16.30/= for some reason. Even now there is a batch (order) of 500,600 at 16.30/= and 632,100 at 16.25/=

Just so we are on the same page, the foreigners are still net sellers. One offered 30M on Thursday and just today came back with a further 60M.
I expect him to be back with 100M block sale on Monday.
