Has anybody tried out these guys. I feel either the deal sounds too good to be true or the quality on offer is suspect. Any observations?

You are obviously referring to their annual sale which started on 28th and goes on up to 18th.For T@C it's more or less like an annual ritual and you will pick bargains during this periods.Not to worry coz their products are from known brands such as pamesa,Versalink,Duravit,Alno,Cotto and many more.....Go for it!

The guys are for real. The only problem is that if you take too long, you might not get what you are looking for. If for instance you want three sinks that look alike or tiles to match the whole house, utapata mwana si wako.

It depends on the brand of the item you choose. Some chinese brands they stock have questionable quality. I bought two toilet seat covers and these did not last 1.5 years. I ended going to Ideal Ceramics. I also bought WC tab mixer which has failed after 2 years. Try your luck though
The only time you should be looking down on others is when you are helping them up.
