WPP-Scangroup claim to be the largest marketing and communication group in sub-Saharan Africa.

Is it not a poor show then, that they are yet to release their FY 2020 financials? Or even inform stakeholders of a delay? Or a progress report on their investigations into the conduct of Bharat and Satya, who btw is still listed on their website as Scangroup's CFO? Was his suspension lifted?

Don't expect anything good from this one in the FY2020 financials.

FY results delayed again to 31st Aug. Seems we'll get FY and HY together.
Meanwhile the stock continues to slide

What if the former CEO has been pimping the cash position? What if WPP Scangroup balance sheet is totally different from what has been posted in the past? What if the equity of the firm is significantly lower than what has been reported?

Possible. Just last year that German company called Wirecard was discovered to have an imaginary $2 billion cash in its books. And that is in a country that is supposedly with better financial markets oversight. Very possible.
