AGM just ended.
Oigara says the bank will continue pulling towards digital direction.
Mobile banking fees was waived and this has escalated more deposits to the bank.
I voted for the 100 % acquisitions of abc bank in Tanzania and BDR bank in Rwanda.This will increase shareholders funds.

That deal for acquisition in Tanzania and Rwanda will be done and dusted by May 31 2021.
