We need to be a bit serious TBH... You have sent home almost 1300 employees in the past year... Salaries are down between 10-30% PM... Some stations have been completely closed zero expenses.... Scaled down on major routes... What is the 55 Bn for? possunt quia posse videntur

Pilots aren't flying but are being paid lots of cash.... How fair is this TBH... Other airlines have completely sacked their pilots... TN made KALPA super strong so that he can continue with the looting he was perpetrating.... This is so unfair. possunt quia posse videntur

Now you see the reason why? Why the hell would you take VEP if you still get to earn a massive 6 or 7 figure salary and fly less hours ... Allan promised to pay deffered amounts one year down the line most of the pilots are expecting a few millions.... The cut off for 30% pay is 251,000 at this level you get hit the same amount as someone earning 1m.... possunt quia posse videntur

Shut that useless airline, use the $500mn to buy vaccines and vaccinate the population. The balance of the money use for safety net for the most affected persons. We can operate using Jambo Jet and grow it slowly and correctly to become a big airline. Wealth is built through a relatively simple equation Wealth=Income + Investments - Lifestyle

The cut off for 30% pay is 251,000 at this level you get hit the same amount as someone earning 1m.... Management is the issue. I said this herein. Allan is holding brief for the cartels. He is not independent minded. Why did KQ miss out on vaccine distribution in the first instance yet they can fly to any point in Africa from Nairobi. How did Astral Aviation got selected in Kenya instead of KQ? Conversion of the dreamliners for cargo use - Why was it done at the last minutes at exorbitant rates yet opportunities for Cargo arose when the pandemic began in March 2020. Staff issues - I raised herein that Allan was buying time reducing salaries and demotivating top managers who can do planning for Cargo instead of getting rid of employees not required. All other airlines shed jobs all over the world. KALPA could not have done anything to prevent it, the reality across the sector showed there was no need to keep employees on the payroll. There is no leadership in KQ at all.B737 with better cargo capacity and range were parked yet there were opportunities for Cargo. Instead of utilising the dreamliners as it is, they went ahead and incurred massive conversion costs at a very late stage. Scaled down ops into Europe & N. America and a single route to China means no intra-Africa traffic in terms of both pax and cargo. This is why they need a huge bailout to pay for aircraft leases, loan repayments, salaries and other useless contractual obligations they have signed for. Naikuni made mistakes and looted but we cannot blame him for some of the current decisions especially during this pandemic. There were alot of opportunities for Allan to build the cargo business and make sure pilots are flying. Spicejet in India for instance, leased A340 for Cargo during the pandemic and served Khartoum, a destination which KQ can serve very well by expanding cargo points in India.

Yeah, there was no need to remove seats and too much PR at a huge cost. Put the boxes on the seats just like ET. Ex-JJ 737-300 - fully owned by KQ - should have been converted instead of being leased out and used to ramp up Cargo Ops. Until someone with leadership is at the helm of that Company, there is nothing good that will come out of it. I pointed out the underlying issues herein.
