Horton=horton 😀 Not hating, just wondering what HF (and indeed a lot of what you post) and etc have any relevance to the thread. If you can’t even get my identity right, I seriously doubt your abilities on investments

The other tag lines that had been considered included “No, You Shut Up,” “Come at Me, Bro” and “We Took Down Nixon — Who Wants Next?” The jury out there will decide between you and Horton who is right. I believe a reputable newspaper - the NATION - over a company that has been sued many times and has a shady reputation.
Also please note that their BRAND MANAGER has signed that “note” - literally a man whose only job is to keep Cytonns brand alive Cytonn. Stealing your money since 2015. See you in Court.
And May The Best Lawyer Win. Instead of worrying about the best lawyer winning and making it a game, maybe us Kenyans can start having some compassion for our innocent friends like Mr Thogo below, a farmer, who trusted Cytonn with his hard earned savings. The truth is he will probably never see that money again, and the four founders of Cytonn will be rolling in cash, while Mr Thogo struggles to survive. God bless him and may he win. Let us have compassion for our fellow men, rather than side with common thieves.
“Mr Thogo also wants the outstanding amount, together with interest and the cost of the insolvency petition granted to him and paid out of Cytonn’s assets. Mr Thogo adds that all his phone calls to various representatives of the company are met with different stories, which take him round in circles with no real intention of settling the matter.” https://nation.africa/ke...-over-sh14m-debt-3224664

Very sad. Quote:Upon demanding the release of his funds in full together with interest, the company said it had “powers to unilaterally amend the terms of the agreement”.
On June 3, 2020, Cytonn told the investor that it had postponed its obligations (of returning the funds and interests) because the real estate market where it had invested the money had gone through some challenges, which had made it impossible to refund Mr Thogo's money. Proverbs 13:11 Dishonest money dwindles away, but whoever gathers money little by little makes it grow.

Greed kills companies. Allow me to throw a spanner in the works. I am just done rereading "The Art of War" and "48 Laws of Power" for the umpteenth time. I'm wondering about the possibility that there couldn't be a secret hand in Mr Dande's woes. It's no secret that his style has been perceived as abrasive by some, and most likely he must have stepped on some influential people's toes while rubbing them the wrong way. When feeling slighted, some people will hunt you down until you're toast. (Ref: Law 15 "Crash your enemy totally"; Law 19 "Know who you're dealing with- do not offend the wrong person"; Law 42 "Strike the shepherd and the sheep will scatter") Retribution??? Settling scores??? Getting even??? C'est la vie - it's the unfortunate reality of life. If it don't make dollars, it don't make sense
