I think only a matter of time before it makes a bid for Scangroup which is a sitting duck at the current low share price. WPP already owns more than 50% of Scangroup and Thakrar owns 10%. Hope he doesn't agree a price less than 20/-.
They began by buying Kantar globally, now buying th remaining bit.
Its a question of time and what an opportunity during this covid period when most stock/ markets are back to reset mode.
