Then the masses will be extremely mad about it. Then Looto will win, bigly and use the fact that he can elect Prime Ministers from his village to whip them.

Those who believe that this crap can solve any problem need help in reading.

I will never support any bill that adds mpigs, removes an independent justice system and calls president baba na mama.

I will vote for Looto instead.

Under BBI parliamentary political parties will play a role in nomination of IEBC Commissioners. By inference, they will have a role in how elections are conducted.

May be 2b will be for Mlolongo voting
