I think the 1st half profits are begining to be factored in NOW.I am boarding this one.Results are due August .52s week high is just a short distance away - at Ksh 24.00. This stock IMOHO is heading higher.

What this counter really needs is an announcement from Equity that they are going to revive their interest in acquiring the firm.
Or better still, another quip from James Mwangi along these lines "We did not invest in Housing Finance to get dividends"

@qw... you are entitled to your opinion but this company i repeat is almost fully priced hence it might top at 25bob....

it has a trailing P/E of 20.8 and a forward P/E of 13.5 so it will be hard for a price rally till the end of the year or next year UNLESS equity do me a favour and try to buy us out... i wont sell at less than 45bob and so should the other shareholders out there....

I love holding this stock. Just a cough from james mwangi shots the price by 10% ,lol On other matters i am seeing kenolkobil doubling my money in just six months !!!!!
