Does anyone here have an experience dealing with Safcom Sacco? How quick are they to give out title deeds?

Not quick. I waited 3 years for one before and currently waiting for another one, hoping for a quicker turnaround this time

Some advice if I may, get a letter of allocation and go about your business with the land (unless you need the title for the business). Good luck
