We can deduce the following from scangroup:-

- Due to covid19 investors are to forfeit
the 1 Bob (estimated) FY 19 dividend

- Special dividend of 4.6 Bob (or
thereabouts) to be paid in the course of
the year in lieu of normal dividend
after the Ksh 5B sales of subsidiary.

What is very important is that dividend will be paid this year. 4.6bob at average closing price of 16 Bob per share is a massive yield of 28% (only this year).

A bumper special dividend is on the way this year.

The company made minimal savings from not paying normal FY 2019 dividend attributable to Covid19 pandemic.

Nonetheles this is a good "harvest" for investors ONLY this year in all ramifications.
