Guess work

Underlying health issues (Diabetes, HBP etc)

Going to hospital late the virus could have manifested.

Some like the one who died at KNH, it seems like the medics didn't know that he was a covid case till later hence the decision to test everyone seeking healthcare with respiratory symptoms.

yes - a number posthumous tests have turned positive.

More accurate reporting. Just seen some African countries with almost 1000 cases and less than 30 dead.
Most countries are under reporting on fatalities.

Dear friend . Do not preoccupie yourself in counting the so called "official" cases. The disease is here with us. Next time you walk out of your house one in ten has or is asymptomatic but can still infect you.

They just had a 3 days of national prayers with no borders closed, infact a number of the Kenyan and Ugandan cases are recent travelers from Tz. I hope there's no travelling to and from TZ at the moment

Kagwe has announced a case near where I live, so yes I'm aware.

On official cases, I'm scared to think what actual numbers look like in Tz. There's no info in numbers tested & could be they're testing severe cases only.

TZ casual approach will cost the region dearly.
Their numbers will surpass Kenya figures this week yet Kenya has tested a much higher number.

Somalia figures are more concerning. The hit rate on testing is upto 76%.
