The stated EPS is 2.55 but the there is a 2bn FV Gain on Revaluation.
Any info?

I believe the 2019 EPS is based on the new number of issued shares i.e. it would've been higher at around 10.20, just as dividend would've been 0.40....


So how is the damn thing trading at its EPS?

KenGen year end is in 71 days. 2019's dividend hasn't been announced.
Kenya Re's HY ends in 71 days. Measly dividend announced for FY19.

Blame it on Corona. 70 days to financial year end, plus 90 days to announce the results. There is still time//eon days to pay dividends (if there issmile ).

I am lost in the story. What are the facts?:

1. Kenya re was sold fake 97 Acres of land for 550m by KANU mt. Kenya mafia i.e. all 550m lost; or
2. Kenya re bought 97 acres which included 5 Acre Karura land i.e. Kenya Re was only conned 5 acres but has genuine 92 acres?
